Lethbridge Adventure Boot Camp is the original first boot camp in Lethbridge!
Lethbridge Adventure Boot Camp is the longest running boot camp program in Lethbridge. Our boot camp started in Lethbridge in 2006. Most of our classes were out doors in the first 5 years. With Lethbridge crazy weather we acquired an indoor location to teach our classes. At 1720 2nd ave South Lethbridge we also offer a full weight room and also at this location is the home of Lethbridge Boxing Club. We still have some class activities outside like Wednesday evening hikes.
At our Boot Camp classes we strive to have everyone feel welcome in non intimidating group class. Most exercises are timed so no one feels left behind. Classes are fun and motivating without yelling or intimidating you. You are sure to make friends while exercising and reaching your goals. No two days are exactly the same. We don’t have specific days, like Monday is always a leg workout. You get a full body workout when coming to class full time and we very exercises so those who can’t come to class every day due to work will still get a full body workout.
We offer a competitive price that holds you accountable. You are not locked into a long contract either. Payments are done monthly. Being monthly also means you get a full month of fitness
So your trainers don’t burn out classes are offered for 4 weeks Monday through Friday and then one week of three days a week. (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). Then the cycle begins again.
But what if I’m out of shape or can’t do the exercises?
Lots of our clients have different limitations. Just let the trainer know and the exercise will be adjusted. Even if you can’t run, power walking works too! We all start out somewhere. STARTING is your biggest obstacle!
