Studies have shown that being out in the fresh air hiking or running will not only distress you but get your creative juices flowing. Your attention span increases as do your problem solving skills. Turning off the technology and interacting with nature calms the mind. You will be more relaxed, in a better mood and sleep better. Not to mention all the health benefits you get from exercise!

Yes you are correct you can hike on your own as some people do but, most of us enjoy the company of the group, the commitment of showing up, the extra push and motivation you fitness coach gives. A set hike to complete and challenge yourself with a group you are less likely to give up.
Many clients use the free downloadable app with their Myzone heart rate belt. During the hike you can see you progress in real time. You will know instantly if you are working too hard and need to slow down or not pushing hard enough and need to move a little faster. Adventure Boot Camp evening classes go for outdoor hike / run every Wednesday Weather permitting. (no hikes in the winter)
Location in the coulees changes weekly. You walk, jog or run with in a group. No one is left behind.

Lethbridge Boot Camp Evening Class
Evening fitness classes are offered Monday through Friday.
Class times are 4:45pm-5:45pm and 6pm -7pm.
All exercise classes are co-ed.
Classes run for one hour.
All adults 18 and over welcome.
